Terms of Service and Refund Policy

These Terms of Service and Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern the use of the StreamsHub website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. General Terms (Applies to All Services)

1.1 Service Description

StreamsHub provides digital services related to premium access facilitation for third-party platforms. We do not own, operate, or control any third-party platforms (such as Spotify, Netflix, or others).

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, subject to availability and third-party platform rules.

1.2 Third-Party Platforms

StreamsHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

1.3 Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following any instructions provided by StreamsHub. Customers must not modify account details unless explicitly instructed.

StreamsHub is not responsible for issues caused by customer actions, including failure to follow instructions or violations of third-party platform rules.

1.4 Availability & Changes

Service availability may change due to platform updates, policy changes, technical limitations, or external factors beyond our control.

StreamsHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamsHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

Unless required by law, no compensation is provided beyond replacement or refund as defined in these Terms.


2. Service-Type Specific Refund & Replacement Terms

2.1 Account Upgrade Services

Account Upgrade services involve upgrading or activating premium access on a customer’s existing account provided by the customer.

Refunds for Account Upgrade Services

A refund for an Account Upgrade service may be granted only if:

  • The account upgrade was not successfully delivered on the customer’s provided account within 96 hours, and
  • The refund request is made within the first 30 days from the initial purchase date.

Subscription renewals do not reset this initial 30-day period. The refund eligibility period is calculated from the date of the first successful payment.

No refund will be granted if the service was successfully delivered and activated within the stated timeframe.

Replacement Limits & Abuse Prevention

If a customer requests more than four (4) replacements within the first 30 days from the initial purchase, StreamsHub reserves the right to:

  • Deny further replacements,
  • Terminate the service without refund, or
  • Offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.

This measure exists to prevent abuse and ensure fair use of the service.

Replacements for Account Upgrade Services

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, StreamsHub provides unlimited replacements for Account Upgrade services during the active plan or subscription period.

You are entitled to request a replacement if your service stops working during your active plan or subscription period, provided that:

  • The issue was not caused by customer action or violation of instructions, and
  • Replacement availability exists at the time of the request, including stock and service availability.

A replacement may be provided in the form of:

  • Reactivation on the existing account, or
  • A new account with equivalent service access.

2.2 New Account Services

New Account services involve providing the customer with a newly created account and login credentials that include premium access.

Refunds for New Account Services

A refund for a New Account service may be granted only if:

  • The account credentials were not delivered, or
  • The provided account is unusable upon delivery and we are unable to provide a replacement within a reasonable time.

Refunds are not granted after successful delivery of valid account credentials.

Replacements for New Account Services

If access to a provided account stops working during the active service period, StreamsHub may provide a replacement account where available.

Replacement availability for New Account services depends on stock and service availability at the time of the request.

If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


Language Disclaimer: These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between translations, the original version in English shall prevail.
